The reality documentary series The Curse of Oak Island only have four episodes for its season 4 run. But so far there is no big catch for the Lagina brothers, who are attempting to solve the 220-year-old Oak Island mystery.

They have made grievous changes in the plans this time by using modern and heavy digging machines for the Money Pit. In the recent episodes, they were pretty sure about a new location near swamp which actually didn’t have anything.

The last episode of The Curse of Oak Island featured the discovery of important evidence that they linked to the 18th-century American slave. Furthermore, the team continuous to investigate about it and is yet to arrive on any significant detail. (Via History)

The Lagina brothers and the entire team drained the swamp and searched with a metal detector there. There was no sight of gold but there but found a large iron nail that appeared like a railroad spike. However, they decided not to get it examined by any professional as of now.

IS THERE ANY ELUSIVE TREASURE?

The question remains unanswered until now. The investigating teams have spent years on their research and have full faith about the treasure but so far they haven’t got any huge success. History has not yet mentioned anything about the renewal of series for season 5.

The next episode of The Curse of Oak Island Season 4 is titled Echoes from the Deep. It will premiere on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at 9 p.m. at History channel.
